Sunday, sofa, second coffee – and finally time to go through this week’s photos ☕️ One of them goes up tonight, promise.

48 hours ahead

Every slot is filled before it arrives.

Never twice

A post only goes out once it is reserved for exactly one run. Every piece of media once.

FAQ

What agencies ask before they start.

Do I have to approve posts?

No. Perchcast plans, writes and posts without approval. You still see every scheduled post in the dashboard and can have it rewritten, edit it or skip it.

Where do the images and reels come from?

From Perch Studio (the persona’s approved images) and Perchreel (finished reels). The creator can also send photos and videos straight to the bot, or you add them through the API or by link. Every piece of media goes out once – only if you switch it on do well-received pictures come back after a break.

What happens when the media runs out?

The channel doesn’t go quiet: Perchcast switches to text posts and polls. The daily report tells you how many days the remaining media will last.

What permissions does the bot need?

It has to be an admin in the channel and allowed to post messages. If it may also change the channel info, it sets the title, description and profile picture itself. Perchcast checks this during setup and tells you what’s missing.

What if Telegram goes down?

Perchcast retries with growing gaps. A post that is more than six hours late is skipped – so there’s no flood after an outage.

Can a post go out twice?

No. Every post is reserved exactly once before sending, even when two runs happen at the same time.

How many channels can an agency run?

As many as you have personas. Each channel has its own persona, times, time zone, language and format mix.

Can our team work on it too?

Yes. The owner invites managers by link and gives each of them exactly the channels they look after. A log shows who changed what, and when.

Ready to let the channel run?

Sign in, describe the persona, add the bot – the rest happens on its own.
